We invite researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to submit extended abstracts (750-1000 words) related to the conference theme and subthemes listed below (but not limited to). After a peer review, selected authors will be invited to submit full-length papers (up to 7,500 words, excluding figures, tables, and references). Full-paper presenters will receive a certificate from the organizing committee, and selected papers will win distinguished awards. The presentations will be held in person, but online options will be available if needed.
